- We've had a chance to explore a couple of really crucial modeling aids in Rhino 5 for Mac. Those are snapping tools and constraints. Now, these are key in helping us to build models that are precise while still allowing us to be creative and fluid in our modeling processes. Now, let's talk about one last modeling aid that offers us kind of the best of both worlds in terms of snapping and constraints. That's a tool called SmartTrack. Here, I've got a reference image for a shape that we'll be drawing out. Maybe this is a cookie jar because I'm feeling a little bit hungry right now. This will be a shape that's mostly free-form. In fact, I'm not really going to use the reference image after this, I just wanted to sort of show you the direction that we're headed.
