Tool Bar In Outlook Web App For Mac Missing

Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 or 2013, on the View tab, the Navigation Pane is placed at the top of the Layout group. Click Navigation Pane, it will appear a pull-down menu, from which you can select the type of Navigation Pane, like Normal, Minimized, Off or Favorite, or make a setting from the Options. Try F11 to switch from full screen mode to normal mode and back again. In full screen mode there's a very small toolbar on top, with only buttons, and without the normal menu bar (File, Edit, View). In Outlook on the web, create a new message or reply to an existing message. At the bottom of the page, select and then select Get Add-ins. On the Add-ins for Outlook page, select the add-in you want. From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.


Click: Remove All Website Data


Then delete the cache.


Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder


Type or copy paste the following


~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db


Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.


Quit and relaunch Safari to test.


Sign In Outlook Web App

If that didn't help, from the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.


If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.


If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.


Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
